About this test
This questionnaire uses secure, anxious, avoidant and fearful as narrative profiles about closeness, distance and reassurance. It is not a validated clinical scale. Answers describe the scenes you choose today; they cannot diagnose a permanent attachment style or explain your childhood.
Wanting space after an argument may mean you need to settle down, not that you reject the relationship. Similarly, asking for clarification does not prove an anxious profile. Consider what happened beforehand, what you needed and how you expressed that need.
Frequently asked questions
How can I use this result?
Choose a situation involving distance or closeness and make a concrete request: “I need a pause and would like to return to this at eight.” Use the game to describe needs without turning a profile into a label for you or your partner.
What does the score represent?
Each choice adds one vote to a profile. The highest count wins; a tie uses the profile encountered first in the answer sequence. It is not a probability of belonging to a psychological category.
How this test works
Each answer contributes to one of several categories. At the end, we compare their totals and show the profile with the strongest match across your answers.
Profiles in this questionnaire
These readings are narrative profiles by Rasgora. They describe answers within the game, not established facts about your personality. Read them before taking part and compare them with examples from your life; none defines your worth or replaces a professional assessment.
🚨 Anxious attachment traits
You show traits associated with anxious attachment: you love deeply, but uncertainty sets off your alarms. An unanswered 'seen' can become a three-act drama.
Reflection: When the alarm rings, breathe before acting: not every silence is a fire.
🚪 Avoidant attachment traits
You show traits associated with avoidant attachment: you value your independence above almost everything, and very intense intimacy makes you look for the door.
Reflection: Opening up 10% more won't cost you freedom: it'll buy you better company.
🌗 Fearful attachment traits
You show traits associated with fearful attachment: you crave closeness as much as you fear it. Getting close and running away can happen in the same week… or the same message.
Reflection: Naming your fear out loud ('this is hard for me') is the first step that shrinks it.
🌳 Secure attachment traits
You show traits associated with secure attachment: you can get close without losing yourself and give space without anguish. Intimacy doesn't scare you, and neither does solitude.
Reflection: Your security is a base: use it to understand patterns different from yours.
